When visiting Edmonton, whatever your purpose is, either for a vacation tour, visit, for work and for leisure, etc. Cambridge loft apartment is the best and perfect place to stay. It is located at 10024 Jasper Ave. Has a decent, neat, and clean entrance with 3 lifts service in the building. Our unit is on the 9th-floor room #912. The unit itself is partly faced with the river view.
Access to Central train Station, just on the left side entrance of the building. With the bus stop right in front of the main entrance and the only building that connects to the CENTRAL TRAIN STATION, nothing can stop you to get on the bus or train any time of the year. Airport picks up also can be arranged.
Other things to note: In the building has security surveillance 24 hrs every day. There is a doorman usually here 8 am to 5 pm and 7 pm to 5 am on the daily basis to all assist residents.
Walking distance of some of Edmonton’s attractions such as Museums, Art Gallery, Rogers Place, shopping malls, Shaw Conference, Restaurants, Public hubs, Clubs, and many more. A few minutes drive away to Alberta Legislature, Muttart Conservatory, TELUS World Science Edmonton, Fort Edmonton, Edmonton Valley Zoo, West Edmonton, etc.

Additional rules
- Noise and parties: We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 10:00 pm. We expect you to enjoy and be responsible during your stay, however, in the case of noisy parties, we will have the right to remove the guests from the house. We hope you understand. 300$ in penalties will apply if this rule is violated in addition to losing your deposit of 250$ and incurring charges for repairs if any damages are done to the property.
- Smoking or pets: We love pets, however, at this point, we are not allowing them on this property. Smoking inside the house is also not allowed. Penalties equal to losing your deposit of 250$ will apply, for any of these cases.
- Extra guests: This loft is suited for 1-2 people. We accept only the original group of people indicated in the reservation. Please note we may monitor outside activity and could request changes after your check-in, if not in compliance.
- Damage: Accidents happen. We would really appreciate reporting on that case. Please let us know in advance so we can find a solution. Especially, if this could directly affect future guests.
