Additional Rule
Noise and parties
We use a monitoring device; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it
simply monitors the noise level (Measured in decibels). As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 10 PM. We expect you to enjoy and be responsible during your stay; however, in the case of noisy parties, we will have the right to remove the guests from the house. We hope you understand. $300 in penalties will apply if this rule is violated, in addition to losing your deposit of $250 and incurring charges for repairs if any damage is done to the property.
Smoking or pets
We love pets; however, at this point, we are not allowing them on this property.
Smoking inside the unit is also NOT allowed. Penalties equal to losing your deposit of $250 will apply for any of these cases.
Extra guests
This loft is suited for 1-2 people. We accept only the original group of people indicated in the reservation. Please, after check-in, if not in compliance.
Damage
Accidents happen. We would really appreciate reporting on that case. Please let us know in advance so we can find a solution. Especially if this could directly affect future guests.
